Certified organic cheeses made from raw, single herd milk from the Jenkins family in Wales. Our cheese is made by hand on a small scale at our micro dairy near Aberystwyth. We currently offer two cheeses: our award-winning Abaty, a creamy Brie style cheese and Abaty Glas, a soft and creamy blue cheese.
